I will be offering a tea ceremony on zoom for you.

This is a tea meditation, a fusion of Chinese and Japanese traditions, elemental knowledge, and herbalism. I will guide you through our meditation to awaken the senses and understand yourself through the simplicity of sitting and being present.

You will discover who you are, all you are moving through, and learn more of yourself while sipping along with tea.
