How we shape our reality through touch.

Revisiting and redesigning what it means to be touched and to touch.

We will begin with a tea ceremony to drop into our heart and body.

We will then move into a guided solo touch practice.

Then we will be guided on how to connect to the inivisible forces and go out to connect to nature.

Upon connection to the outside world we will invite in a partner to practice conscious touch, sharing boundaries, desires, intentions, and how we create our stories through touch. How our hands heal and how we are gifted touch to heal our perceptions and interactions.

We will finish with a discussion
